Located in the green hills along the airport road, one of our five artisanal distilleries embodies the traditional know-how and authenticity of Nosy Be. The hotel is proud to own and operate five distilleries across the island, where 100% pure essential oils are extracted from emblematic Madagascan plants: ylang-ylang flower, black pepper, geranium, cypress, vanilla, ravintsara, eucalyptus, saro and katrafay. Each essence reflects the natural richness of the island, and our oils are recognized both for their aromatherapy benefits and for their prestige perfume quality.

Production and exports
Every year, our distillery produces several hundred litres of essential oil of Ylang-Ylang, our flagship essence, renowned for its exceptional quality. We also distil Ravintsara and many other essential oils appreciated for their medicinal properties. Our oils are shipped to over 15 countries worldwide, with fast, secure delivery.

We control quality at every stage of our production chain, from harvesting the flowers to bottling. Located in the heart of the Ylangueraies, our distillation unit guarantees the optimum freshness of the flowers when they are processed. Distillation takes place under pressure, in stainless steel vats, with rigorous, constant monitoring of the technical parameters. With over 30 years' experience, our expertise in the production of essential oil of Ylang Ylang guarantees proven know-how.

Our Essential Oils & Their Benefits
Each stage of the distillation process is carried out on site, using traditional methods: hand-picking of flowers and grains, steam distillation and slow extraction to guarantee optimum quality.
